(OTCQB: DLPM) announced today that the Depository Trust Company (DTC) has granted the company eligibility status after its go public direct transaction. Hamilton & Associates oversaw the legal and compliance for the company during the going public process. DTC Eligibility enables ownership of the company’s shares to be transferred electronically by the DTC.
